At fashorize, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made returning items simple and stress-free. Please read through our updated return guidelines to understand how it works.
1. Return Conditions
Return Window: You may send back items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Requirements: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original state with tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following:

2. Starting a Return
To begin the return process:

Get Approval: Upon review, we’ll provide a return authorization code along with clear return instructions.

Package Your Return: Pack the item securely using the original packaging, include the authorization code, and ship it to the return address provided.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method or insurance to prevent lost items, as we cannot ensure safe delivery back to us.
3. Refund Guidelines
- Refund Method: Once we’ve received and assessed the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Reimbursements: In cases where the returned item is not in original condition, only a portion of the payment may be refunded.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer item-for-item exchanges. If you'd like a different version of the product (size, color, etc.), please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Should your product arrive damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear image of the issue. We’ll provide either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
6. International Orders
Our return process also applies to international buyers. However, you will be responsible for any shipping costs, import duties, and taxes related to sending the item back. Please consult your local customs office for applicable fees before proceeding.
7. Refund Not Received?
